- New Listings decreased by 4% month over month and have declined by 8% year over year.
- Active Listings inventory increased by 101%, more than double from last year.
- The number of units sold increased from the previous month and has declined by 20% year over year.
- Inventory increased for the same time frame.
- Total Sales Volume increased by 30% month over month and declined by 16% year over year.
- Average Days on Market has increased 11% month over month. Not only has inventory doubled since last year, but the number of days they remain on the market is more than twice as long as a year ago.
