This report represents all residential listings in our MLS coverage area comparing last month (Nov 21) to the previous month (Oct 21).

Inventory of active listings decreased by 6%, with 17,861 active listings currently
Listings coming “new” on the market decreased by 13%, with 16,886 new listings hitting the market
Listings with accepted offers “pending” status have also decreased by 8%, 20,956 listings went “pending”
Sales increased by 2% with 17,380 listings successfully sold and closed
Days on the market remained the same at 20 days on the market
Average sales price of home listings is $385,609, which increased by 1%
Inventory remains low and hasn’t changed, currently at 1 month of available inventory of listings
Orlando is currently one of the hottest markets for investing in real estate, but this seller’s market may finally be showing signs of cooling off.
